We are seeing improvements for the performance issues that were affecting our APAC provider

We are investigating performance issues on pod 4,5,6 affecting some Zendesk instances
Agents and end users connecting to Zendesk from some areas of APAC experienced poor performance and/or page timeouts. This issue was found to be due to maintenance on trans-Pacific fiber between Asia and the US, with wide reports of impact to many sites. The main impact was to customers traversing a specific global network provider, terminating at our connection to the network in our East Coast and West Coast data centers. Once we bypassed this particular provider, network connectivity resumed and affected customers were able to connect to our systems.
