We just experienced a brief service incident and are in the process of recovering, more information to come.
Customers accessing our services through a specific network provider experienced green screens during this incident. Customers going through other networks were still able to connect to our services. Owing to issues with a specific network provider, customers using those network routes had traffic destined for pods 2, 4, and 8 black holed, making services on those pods unreachable. To resolve the issue we rerouted traffic to other network providers, whereupon customers were able to access our services normally.
