Insights is a powerful reporting integration from GoodData. It lets you to build dynamic, multi-dimensional reports to analyze the success of your workflow, pulling information from your Zendesk Tickets, Users and Organizations.
In our Intro to Insights course, we’ll explore Insights through practical examples and hands-on exercises. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to do the following:
- Set up your Insights project and take a tour of your preconfigured dashboard
- Build custom reports
- Organize your reports
- Review the pre-built reports that we’ve configured for you and take advantage of report recipes created by other customers.
- Share your reports and dashboards by setting up the email scheduler and changing permissions
- Create and share a custom dashboard
