We currently offer an on-demand course to enable customers seeking to get certified as Zendesk Support Admins. It's self-paced and provides an easy way to gauge your readiness for our certification exam.

You can add on to the foundations you build in the overview courses by enrolling in our free, self-paced elearning courses on channel set up, where we cover Email, Chat and Talk. Together, these courses are a great way to learn the pros and cons of each channel as well as the ease of the set-up process.
