Hi there, this is great, unfortunately it doesn't work when using the latest zendesk sdk recommended by the developer documentation (v1.6.1.1).

    If you use the SupportActivity.Builder to create the activity as outlined in the docs (https://developer.zendesk.com/embeddables/docs/android/tickets_and_kb) there is no way to create an instance of your SubSupportActivity with arguments since the builder always creates an Intent using SupportActivity.class as the class component.

    Of course I can always create an Intent for SubSupportActivity providing my own argument bundle (in order to customise things like showing the contact button or filtering the articles), but this is a very fragile approach and will break if the format of the arguments is changed in future versions of the sdk.

    What is the recommended approach here? Or am I missing something?

    Hi,

    You can try to set it in style:

@drawable/actionbar_up_indicator

@drawable/actionbar_up_indicator
