We are currently receiving reports of customers being unable to log to chat, we are looking into it, more details to follow
In preparation for backend improvements, some code related to infrastructure was deployed and later rolled back as planned. The rollback left a misconfiguration behind, which resulted in some Chat accounts reading the wrong information, causing Chat disconnections and login issues. Our team identified the misconfiguration and quickly corrected the issue. To prevent this from recurring, we're improving QA and testing for these specific types of infrastructure changes.
