We're still investigating a billing issue preventing Answer Bot from sending replies on paid Answer Bot subscriptions. Replies should still send for customers on an Answer Bot trial. We will update again in 1 hour.

We're aware of an issue with the paid Answer Bot service not sending out responses and are investigating.
During this incident, a latent software bug prevented Answer Bot from sending replies on paid Answer Bot subscriptions. The bug was identified and a fix was deployed, resolving the issue. In order to prevent this from happening again in the future, we will be implementing additional monitoring for answer bot response rates to identify anomalies and expand test coverage.
