We are currently seeing inaccessibility to Insights. We are working with our partner to further investigate.
During this incident, customers were unable to access their Insights dashboards in Support. GoodData reported a service-impacting incident. Once GoodData resolved the incident on their side, customers were able to access Insights normally.
