We have seen reports of internet outages affecting some customers. We are utilizing an alternative provider and are investigating. 1/2
Level 3, a major internet backbone provider experienced a 90 minute service outage causing multiple large scale internet service providers a period of disruption. Upon further investigation, it was determined that these outages did not directly impact Zendesk and impacted ISP customers would have also had connectivity issues across all websites.
