Our Operations teams have confirmed that the issues affecting Talk on POD6 have been resolved.

We are investigating an issue affecting Talk for customers on POD6, more details to follow.
A server that was acting as a "master server" for the Talk product went down. Upon a quick assessment of the situation, the call to force a failover to a different master server was made. When this operation was finished, talk services returned to expected behavior. We do have automatic failover in operation which should have prevented this incident, however after investigation the down-after-milliseconds value was set for 3600seconds (1 hour). We are working to fix this value to a much shorter interval which will trigger automatic failover in the future.
