Our Operations team are investigating an issue that is impacting the Zendesk apps framework on all pods. More details to follow.
A code deploy to the Zendesk support apps framework caused apps on host-mapped accounts to not load properly. We identified the code deploy to be the cause of the issue and rolled back the deploy after some issues with reverting. After reverting the code across all pods, the issue was fully resolved. In order to prevent this from happening again in the future, we will be improving QA testing for host-mapped accounts and making performance improvements to our code deployment tool.
