We're investigating reports of Insights projects not syncing in roughly the past 12 hours. More info to follow.
On September 23rd, between 3:30AM - 5:40PM (PDT), customers' Insights projects had stopped syncing.
This was caused by an unexpected configuration change on the GoodData platform, which was introduced during their scheduled platform maintenance. This prevented the Zendesk connector from reaching out from GoodData to the Zendesk API.
GoodData will be adding additional monitoring services to identify these types of issues faster moving forward.
