We are receiving reports of duplicate/incorrect mobile app notifications in pod14. We are investigating the issue and will update shortly.
POST-MORTEM
Our mobile app notification service on POD 14 saw a significant increase of endpoint disabled exceptions returned by our notification service provider. For reasons still under investigation, these exceptions were not handled properly and resulted in the service resending duplicate notifications to customers. Investigation is ongoing and we will be implementing additional notification logging to improve our analysis of our notification service.
