We are experiencing issues with form submissions for zendesk.com. Current customers instances will not be impacted.

We are currently investigating reports of issues with trial creation. We will give an update shortly.
A zendesk.com website code deploy caused trial sign-up and zendesk.com form submissions to fail. The code deploy was reverted and zendesk.com website trial sign-up and forms returned to normal performance afterwards. In order to prevent this from happening again in the future, we will be making improvements to our zendesk.com test environment and requiring the developer that made changes to be available when the deploy is pushed to production.
