We have confirmed that Support performance issues on P4 and P8 have stabilized.

We have received some reports from Support customers experiencing performance issues on P4 & P8. Investigation and monitoring is underway.
During scheduled network maintenance to replace a faulty edge router, there were two planned network blips, each planned for under 2 minutes. Due to unexpected behavior, one of the planned network blips lasted a bit longer, at 5 minutes. The incident then self-resolved. We will be updating our edge router maintenance runbook to prevent this from happening again in the future.
