Some customers on Pod 3 may experience connection issues to their Zendesk account. We are investigating.
An internet transit provider experienced issues affecting Zendesk in our Dublin data center. To resolve the issue we disabled the internet transit routes in the datacenter, causing customer traffic to route through our backup carriers and the issue resolved.
