We are receiving reports stale ticket views on pod 5. Our team is investigating.
A service that maintains a cache of expensive queries for the ticket views got stuck in an inconsistent state. This had an adverse affect on overall performance of the service due to runtime exceptions. We deployed a code fix to continue processing the streams despite any errors and the system self healed and recovered after the change. In order to prevent this from happening again in the future, we will be improving our service runbooks to remove stale processes and add additional logging for exceptions on the service.
