Our Zendesk Insights partner has confirmed, that the performance issues have been resolved.

Zendesk Insights is currently experiencing performance issues, which is affecting all PODs. Updates to follow.
During this incident customers were unable to access their Insights dashboards. GoodData reported an outage which affected our customers' ability to access their Insights dashboards. Once GoodData resolved the incident on their end, Insights started working for our customers.
