We are investigating an issue with some Chat accounts which appears to be affecting the Web Widget installed on external sites.
During this incident Visitors were unable to use the Chat widget when it was embedded on a Customer external site for a small subset of chat accounts.
This issue was caused after the completion of chat maintenance and an inconsistency with the timing of account-key data within the caches. Service was initially restored by disabling the cache, and then a final fix was deployed to permanently resolve the issue and resume normal account key caching behavior.
