Some customers on pods 13 & 14 had issues with views showing zero tickets. This is now resolved.
During this incident, all ticket views were returning zero results for customers on Pod 13 and 14. An older version of code relating to our view service was deployed which caused the service itself to become unavailable. A newer version was deployed once the issue was identified, which returned the view service back to normal. To prevent this from happening again, we'll be adding better checks during our deployment process to avoid older versions being deployed.
