We are investigating email delays affecting accounts on Pod 5.
A vendor bug was introduced after the emergency scheduled maintenance on April 8. The bug caused a subset of customers' inbound mail traffic to be delayed. Our operations team applied a fix to prevent the bug from being triggered. We are working with the vendor to prevent the bug from happening in the future and working on improving email error handling to identify email delays more quickly.
