This incident was an extension of the Amazon AWS S3 outage affecting customers and assets as reported here. After the Amazon AWS S3 incident ended, a bug in our App Marketplace caused some services to pull old error messages from S3, even after those errors had been resolved. This caused some apps, including Chat, to disappear from some accounts. Clearing the cache of old responses resolved the incident.
