The issue regarding sending messages in Zendesk chat has now been resolved.

We’re currently investigating issues regarding sending messages in Zendesk Chat. More information to follow.
During this incident customers were unable to use Chat. This incident was caused by a bug in the App Framework. The investigation into the bug is ongoing, but rolling back to the previous App Framework resolved the problem and allowed Chat functionality to return to normal. In order to prevent this from happening again in the future, we are working to improve the testing environment for both Chat and the App framework.
