We are investigating an intermittent performance degradation affecting some BIME customers. We will provide further information ASAP.
During this incident BIME customers received errors when trying to load their Charts in their Dashboards. Several data engine instances were stuck, yet monitoring marked them as in-service. We performed a rolling update and restart on the servers to resolve the incident. To prevent this type of issue from recurring, we've updated a missing database index as part of a larger stability effort.
