We are currently investigating issues with our web widget returning 401's on submission affecting some customers
Customers reported that they were unable to submit tickets via the web widget due to a 401 error. The errors were caused by code being removed during a code cleanup operation that was performed prematurely. We re-added the code that was removed in order to fix the issue. We are working on improving code removal logging and notifications to automate and mitigate any further code from being removed inadvertently.
