We are receiving reports of issues accessing Zendesk accounts for some AT&T internet users. We are investigating and will update soon.
During this incident a small number of customers based in POD5 and POD6 were unable to log in to their Zendesk. Investigation indicated network connectivity was normal, but there appeared to be an issue during/after TLS negotiation which prevented a small number of customers from reaching their Zendesk Support site. The issue appeared isolated to a specific ISP and was resolved once an update was made on their end.
